The kitchen: faucets, disposals, filtration and the leak you can hear
Most kitchen plumbing trouble announces itself in small ways first. A faucet that drips after you shut it off, a spout that wobbles in its hole, a disposal that hums and will not turn, a cabinet floor that smells damp. Disposals are a good example. A jam, a tripped reset, a loose drain connection and a worn-out motor all look the same from the top of the sink. The bathroom: toilets, showers, tubs and sinks
The bathroom list is just as practical. DB Plumbing does toilet repairs and installations, shower and tub installations, and sink repairs and replacements. A toilet that runs on, rocks on the floor or clogs every other day usually has a specific cause, from a worn flapper to a bad seal at the flange, and it is cheaper to name the cause than to keep plunging.
A new shower or tub is a plumbing job before it is a tile job. The drain has to sit right, the valve has to be set at the proper depth, and the supply lines have to run clean so the finished wall never needs to be opened again. Sink replacements work the same way: the faucet, the supply stops and the drain below get checked together, not just the part that shows.
